HAINE COACHING | OFFICIAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the grind! I am super excited to work with you and help you crush

your goals in-game. Before we begin, we need to be 100% on the same page

about how this coaching operates. No stress, just good boundaries so we can

focus purely on your gameplay.WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY BUYING (PLEASE

READ!)

When you purchase a package, you are NOT just buying a set number of

"coaching sessions" to use whenever you feel like it. You are purchasing a

highly limited, exclusive Roster Slot on my active calendar. My schedule is

packed. When you buy a slot, I am literally turning away other paying

students to hold that specific time exclusively for you. Because you are

buying my time, these rules are built entirely around efficiency and

momentum. I cannot refund time. Please read carefully.1. The "Pacing" Rule &

Roster Slot Timelines

Coaching requires time to actually apply the homework I give you. Because of

this, every standard package student is entitled to exactly ONE (1) session per

7-day period.

● The VIP Exception: The only exception to this pacing rule is if you are enrolled

in a private VIP package that specifically includes multiple weekly sessions,

or if you have my explicit written approval.

● No Cramming Allowed: I do not do two sessions in a week for standard

packages. If you fall behind because you ghosted or rescheduled, I will NOT

cram multiple sessions together to save your slot before it expires. You will

simply lose the sessions that mathematically no longer fit into your timeline.

● Strict Expirations:

○ The Single Session expires in 14 Days.

○ The 4-Session Package expires in 35 Days.

○ The 6-Session Ultimate Package expires in 50 Days.

○ The clock starts the moment you pay.

● Buy Now, Start Later: To lock in a discount but start later, you must open a

ticket and get a "Deferred Start Date" approved in writing prior to purchase.

Your clock starts on that agreed-upon date.

2. Anti-Ghosting & 100% Transparency

● Official Channels Only: All scheduling and communication MUST happen

inside your designated Discord Ticket.

● 100% Transparency Rule: To coach you effectively, I need to know what you

are doing. If you change your sensitivity, hardware, or skip routines, you must

tell me in your ticket. Hiding changes hurts your progress.

● Day 14 (The Roster Fee): If you hit 14 consecutive days without an active

booking or an approved pause in your ticket, one (1) session is immediately

deducted from your package as a fee for holding an inactive roster spot.

● Day 21 (Total Abandonment): If your silence reaches 21 consecutive days, your

package is officially declared abandoned. Your roster slot is revoked, all

remaining time is forfeited, and the package is terminated without a refund.

3. Punctuality (Respecting The Calendar)

● The Clock Starts on Time: Your session begins exactly at the scheduled time.

If you are 5 minutes late, your session is 5 minutes shorter.

● The 10-Minute Cutoff: If you hit the 10-minute mark and are still not in the

call, it is officially a "No-Show" and the entire session is consumed.

● Your Tech, Your Responsibility: If your PC crashes or your internet drops

during our call, the clock continues to run. I cannot offer free make-up time

for technical difficulties.

4. Reschedules & No-Shows (The "Consumed Time" Rule)

● The 1 Free Pass: Every purchase comes with exactly ONE (1) free reschedule,

provided you give strictly 24+ hours' notice in your ticket.

● Automatic Deduction: If you no-show, arrive past the 10-minute cutoff, or

cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, that time is immediately consumed

and deducted from your package total.

● The €20 Reinstatement Fee: If you lose a session due to a late

cancel/no-show, you can buy the time back to finish your full package by

paying a €20 Reinstatement Fee. (This fee does NOT extend your package

deadline).

5. Intellectual Property, The Vault & Content Rights

● Access, Not Ownership: All coaching materials, routines, VOD reviews, and

Patreon Vault videos are my exclusive Intellectual Property (IP). You are

granted a temporary, revocable license to view them.

● Recurring Vault Access: Your access to the Premium Vault remains active for

as long as you maintain your ongoing Patreon subscription or have an active

coaching package.

● Your End (No Recording or Leaking): You are strictly prohibited from

recording our private calls, screen-recording Patreon videos, sharing your

login, or redistributing my paid materials.

● Single Sessions (Accessible Pricing Rule): To keep the entry price of a single

session low, I reserve the right to record and publish these one-off sessions to

my Patreon. By booking a single session, you consent to this recording.

Package sessions (4 or 6-session) remain restricted to the Premium Vault tier.

● Immediate Revocation (The "Good Vibes" & Anti-Piracy Clause): If you are

caught attempting to pirate Vault content, OR if you exhibit any highly

disrespectful, toxic, or inappropriate behavior, your Patreon Vault access will

be immediately and permanently revoked, regardless of your active

subscription status. Your coaching package will be terminated without a

refund, and you will be blacklisted.

6. The "Blacklist" & Fraud Clause

● Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Falsifying evidence (e.g., "Inspect Element",

Photoshop, or editing timestamps) to fake a booking confirmation, payment,

or message history will result in an immediate, non-refundable termination

and a permanent ban.

● Future Purchases Voided: If you break the TOS and later attempt to purchase

a new service to bypass your termination, your purchase will be immediately

cancelled and refunded. No coaching will be provided.

7. The Zero-BS Refund & Chargeback Policy

● Final Sale & Consent: By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal right to

consent to these terms (or have parental permission). Because the service of

"reserving the roster slot" is provided immediately upon payment, all sales

are strictly final.

● Results Disclaimer: Coaching is an educational service. I provide high-level

tools and knowledge, but your in-game rank and performance are entirely

your responsibility. Refunds will never be issued based on a failure to reach a

desired rank.

● No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for unused/deducted time, buyer's

remorse, PC issues, or failing to complete the package within your

designated timeline.

● Digital Signature: By typing your full name/Discord tag on the Google

Calendar booking form and completing the payment, you are digitally

signing this document and legally agreeing to all terms, forfeiture rules, and

the no-refund policy.

8. CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY & PROFESSIONALISM**

● The Diagnostic Prerequisite: Coaching is a two-way street based on data. The

Coach provides the blueprint, but the Student must execute the program.

Any diagnostic homework (such as Aim Lab scores, VODs, or tracker logs)

requested by the Coach is strictly mandatory. Failure to submit requested

baseline data prior to a session will result in the session being canceled or

voided at the Coach's discretion, as it is impossible to provide high-tier

analysis without it.

● Professional Conduct: By purchasing a package, you are entering a

professional coaching environment. The Coach is an analyst and an

instructor, not a babysitter. Students are expected to manage their own time,

communicate proactively in their tickets, and treat the curriculum with

respect. If a student fails to apply the coaching, skips mandatory routines, or

consistently ignores communication, the Coach is not liable for a lack of rank

progression.

Haine reserves the right to replace these Terms at any time. Continued use

of the service following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the

revised Terms.
