Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all coaching services and digital products sold by HaineCoaching ("we", "us"), operated by Konstantinos Braesas, sole trader, with Haine as the coach.

Accepting these terms

You accept these Terms by selecting the acceptance option at checkout and completing your payment. The version of these Terms that applies to you is the one published on the date of your purchase.

If you buy for someone else, such as a gift, you're responsible for making sure that person knows and follows these Terms.

What you're buying

When you buy coaching, you're not buying a number of sessions to use whenever you feel like it. You're reserving limited time on Haine's calendar. Haine's schedule is limited, so holding time for you means turning other students away. That's why these rules focus on using your time within a set period.

Each purchase comes with a booking period that starts the moment you pay. Right after you pay, we email you the booking link and your pre-session form (check your spam folder if you can't see it). Within your booking period, you must book your session(s) through that link. Sessions can be scheduled on any open slot the calendar shows, up to 30 days ahead. Sessions not booked by the end of your booking period expire; sessions you've booked stay valid for their booked date. We don't send reminders; keeping track of your booking period is your responsibility.

Starting later

If you want to buy now and start later, open a ticket before you pay and get a start date approved in writing. Your booking period then starts on that agreed date.

Session pacing

Improvement needs time to apply what you've learned between sessions. For this reason, you can have a maximum of one session per 7-day period.

• The only exceptions are VIP packages that include more sessions per week, or Haine's explicit written approval.
• We don't squeeze multiple sessions into one week to make up for missed or rescheduled sessions. Sessions not booked by the end of your booking period expire.

Booking, punctuality & reschedules

Booking and communication

All scheduling and communication about your coaching happens inside your Discord ticket. Messages sent anywhere else don't count as notice.

Punctuality

• Your session starts at the scheduled time. If you're 5 minutes late, your session is 5 minutes shorter.
• If you haven't joined within 10 minutes of the start time, it counts as a no-show and the session is used up.
• Your setup is your responsibility. If your PC, internet or software fails during a session, the session time keeps running.

Reschedules

• Every purchase includes one free reschedule, used with at least 24 hours' notice in your ticket. This is one per purchase, so the Carry Bundle also includes one in total, not one per session.
• A no-show, joining after the 10-minute cutoff, or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice uses up the session.
• Rescheduling doesn't extend your booking period.

Buying back a lost session

If you lose a session through a late cancellation or no-show, you can buy it back for a €20 reinstatement fee, as long as you book it within your booking period. The fee doesn't extend your booking period.

Your preparation

Coaching works both ways: Haine gives you the plan, and you carry it out.

• A VOD is mandatory for every coaching session (1-on-1 Coaching, Carry Bundle and Become The Smurf sessions). A VOD is a full recording of a recent ranked match from your own point of view. Send the link with your pre-session form at least 12 hours before the session. If no usable VOD is provided, the session is voided and counts as used.
• If Haine asks you in your ticket for other materials before a session, such as a tracker link, Aimlabs scores or settings, you must send them at least 12 hours before the session. If you don't, the session can be cancelled and it counts as used.
• Be open about changes. If you change your sensitivity, hardware or settings, or skip a routine, say so in your ticket. Hiding changes makes accurate coaching impossible.
• You're expected to manage your own time, communicate in your ticket and do the homework you're given.

The Haine Method

The Haine Method is a digital guide (a warm-up and aim training routine). It's shared with you as a view-only Google Doc using the Google account email you give at checkout. Aimlabs is required to use it.

Your licence

• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own training.
• You may not share, copy, screenshot for distribution, resell or publish the guide, or give anyone else access to your account.
• If the guide is leaked or shared from your access, your access is removed without a refund, and we may take further action to protect our work.

The setup call

The optional 30-minute setup call is for setting up the method correctly and checking that you do every task right. It is not a coaching session and doesn't cover other parts of your gameplay. Because the time is short, send your tracker and the information requested in your ticket before the call so any personalisation can be prepared. The call must be booked within 14 days and follows the booking rules in section 5.

Become The Smurf & the Vault

Become The Smurf is an application-only program. After you apply and are selected, you have an audit call with Haine. Your rank goal, plan, schedule and guarantee terms are then set out in a written contract that you agree to before any payment.

• The rank-up guarantee and its rules are set out in your contract and in the guarantee rules published on our website.
• Where your contract doesn't cover something, these Terms apply. Where the two conflict, your contract takes priority.

The Patreon Vault

Access to the Premium Vault on Patreon is only available to Become The Smurf students. You get a personal, revocable licence to view its content for as long as your access is active. You may not record, download, share or redistribute Vault content, or share your login.

VIP & custom packages

VIP packages are offered to specific high-end clients, and custom packages are put together on request. Their contents, price, schedule and expiry are set out in a written agreement in your ticket. These Terms apply to everything that agreement doesn't cover.

Payments

• Prices are in euros (EUR). HaineCoaching is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Payment methods include card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL, PayPal and Revolut, plus Klarna on selected packages. Payments made with Klarna are also subject to Klarna's own terms.
• You must pay in full before your service starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Withdrawal, refunds & chargebacks

No right of withdrawal for coaching bookings

Every coaching purchase (1-on-1 Coaching, The Carry Bundle, setup calls, Become The Smurf, and VIP or custom packages) reserves Haine's calendar capacity for a specific period: your booking period (14 or 28 days) and the session dates you book within it, or the period set in your contract. That capacity is held for you and can't be offered to anyone else.

Coaching purchases are therefore leisure services provided within a specified period, for which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code; Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You confirm this at checkout.

The Haine Method

The Haine Method is digital content. At checkout, you request immediate access and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends as soon as you get access to the guide.

No refunds

All sales are final. In particular, no refunds are given for:

• sessions you haven't booked or used yet, including the remaining sessions in a bundle after you've used one or more;
• sessions used up through no-shows, late joining or late cancellations;
• sessions not booked within your booking period;
• change of mind, or problems with your own PC, internet or software;
• not reaching a particular rank (see section 12);
• access removed or a package ended under sections 7, 14 or 15.

When you are refunded

• Billing errors: if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount by mistake, the extra amount is refunded.
• The Haine Method: if we're unable to give you access to the guide at all, you're refunded in full. Access problems we can fix (for example a wrong Google email) are fixed instead of refunded.
• Banned buyers: purchases made after a ban are cancelled and refunded (see section 15).

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please open a ticket first; most problems are solved quickly that way. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, your coaching and access are paused while it's open. We'll send the payment provider our records, including your checkout acceptance, booking history, ticket messages and session recordings.

Results

Coaching is an educational service. Haine gives you the knowledge, tools and plan, but your rank and performance depend on how you apply them, as well as factors outside anyone's control. We don't guarantee any rank or result, except under the Become The Smurf rank-up guarantee, which applies only as set out in your contract.

Recordings, content & intellectual property

Our materials

All coaching materials, routines, guides, VOD reviews, recordings and Vault content are Haine's intellectual property. You get a personal, revocable licence to use them for your own improvement. You don't own them and may not redistribute them.

You may not record

You may not record our calls or screen-record paid content without Haine's written permission.

Haine may record and publish

Sessions are recorded, and may be published on TikTok, YouTube and Patreon, including the Vault, to create educational content. Published content may show your gameplay, voice, Discord name and in-game name. Recording and publishing rights belong to Haine. You agree to this when you buy, as part of what makes the prices possible.

If you'd like a specific published video taken down later, open a ticket and we'll review your request in line with our Privacy Policy.

Conduct & termination

Coaching is a professional environment, and both sides are expected to treat each other with respect.

• Not allowed: harassment, insults, slurs, threats, sharing inappropriate content, or deliberately wasting session time.
• First time: a written warning in your ticket. Repeated or serious behaviour (threats, hate speech, harassment, piracy or fraud) can lead to your package being ended straight away, without a refund for remaining sessions.
• If your package is ended for misconduct, you also lose Vault access and may be banned from future purchases.

Fraud

Faking evidence, such as edited screenshots, changed timestamps or altered booking confirmations, payments or messages, leads to immediate termination without a refund and a permanent ban.

If you've been banned and try to buy again, for example under another name or account, that purchase is cancelled and refunded, and no coaching is provided.

Under 18

If you're under 18, or under the age of legal adulthood in your country, you may only buy with permission from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. For Become The Smurf, a parent or guardian must also sign the contract.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost rank, account penalties or problems with third-party services like Riot Games, Discord or Aimlabs.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide your coaching, such as your Discord name, email and booking details. How we use and protect it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes, law & contact

• Changes: we may update these Terms. Updates apply only to purchases made after the new version is published; your purchase stays under the version you accepted.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
• Out-of-court disputes: consumers can also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), which handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
• If one part is invalid: the rest of these Terms still apply.
