HAINE COACHING | OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is a direct extension of the Haine Coaching Terms of Service (TOS). By purchasing any coaching package, single session, or digital product, you are explicitly agreeing to the terms outlined below.

Read this carefully. This is a zero-fluff, zero-BS policy designed to protect the integrity of my calendar and the time of students who are actually committed to the grind.

1. THE "ROSTER SLOT" REALITY (WHY ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

When you purchase a coaching package, you are NOT buying a loose collection of hours to use whenever you feel like it. You are purchasing a highly limited, exclusive Roster Slot on my active calendar.

When you book a slot, I am literally turning away other paying students to hold that specific time for you. Because the service of "reserving my time and turning away other clients" is provided immediately upon payment, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

2. SCENARIOS WHERE REFUNDS WILL NEVER BE ISSUED

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after purchasing a roster slot.

  • Lack of Results: Coaching is an educational service. I provide high-tier blueprints, tools, and analysis, but your in-game rank and execution are 100% your responsibility. You are paying for my expertise and time, not a guaranteed rank-up.

  • Technical Difficulties: If your PC crashes, your game won't update, or your internet drops during a scheduled call, the clock continues to run. I do not refund or offer free make-up time for your hardware/network failures.

  • Failure to Complete: If you fail to use your sessions before your strict package deadline (14 Days for Single, 35 Days for 4-Session, 50 Days for 6-Session).

3. FORFEITURE OF TIME & ABANDONMENT

Your time is your responsibility. If you lose your sessions due to a breach of the TOS, you will not be refunded for the unused time.

  • No-Shows & Lateness: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up within the 10-minute session cutoff, that time is immediately consumed. It is not refundable.

  • Ghosting (14-Day Rule): If you go 14 consecutive days without an active booking or an approved pause, you are penalized one (1) session as a holding fee. This has no cash value and cannot be refunded.

  • Total Abandonment (21-Day Rule): If you ghost your ticket for 21 consecutive days, your package is officially declared abandoned. Your roster slot is revoked, and the package is terminated without a refund.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INSTANT ACCESS (THE ROUTINE)

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to The Haine Routine, premium VODs, and Patreon Vault access, are completely non-refundable.

Because these products are delivered instantly and the intellectual property cannot be "returned" once viewed or downloaded, all digital product sales are final.

5. TERMINATION FOR BREACH OF CONDUCT

I do not coach toxic players, frauds, or pirates. Your package will be instantly terminated without a refund if you:

  • Falsify evidence, booking confirmations, or payment screenshots.

  • Attempt to screen-record, leak, or redistribute my private Intellectual Property (IP), routines, or Vault videos.

  • Exhibit highly disrespectful, toxic, or inappropriate behavior toward me or within the community.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By typing your full name/Discord tag on the checkout or booking form and completing the payment, you are digitally signing a legally binding agreement to the TOS and this Refund Policy.

If you attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/credit card company after receiving access to the Roster Slot or Digital Goods, you will be:

  1. Immediately and permanently blacklisted from all Haine Coaching services.

  2. Removed from the community and Patreon.

  3. Contested vigorously. We will submit your digital signature, the TOS, this Refund Policy, and chat logs to the payment processor to resolve the dispute in our favor.

THE BOTTOM LINE: If you are serious about fixing your rank, buy the package and show up ready to work. If you are looking for a loophole to get free coaching, take your money elsewhere.
